$10.00 Membership Application

ACFW local chapter dues are no less than $10.00 per year and no more than the national renewal fee. An associate membership is $5.00 and comes without voting rights or the right to hold a chapter office. To apply for an associate membership, you must have a full membership to another local chapter. You local dues are paid to the local chapter.

**If you are not currently a member of ACFW National, go to ACFW and pay online or send check or money order for $50 and a copy of this form to ACFW, P.O. Box 101066, Palm Bay, FL 21910-1066. You will be processed locally without a national membership number.
